I address socio-political current issues through multi-media creations.

I draw information from the fields of queer, black and feminist theory. Within this research, I look into the discourses of race, gender, sexuality and identity and how I engage within these discourses with sensitivity, contextual awareness and intersectionality.

I work with social critiques and visual narratives, demanding and actively taking up spaces where the sharing of these critiques and the vulnerability of these narratives can be held and understood.

In my journey of (re)claiming spaces, I have learnt that it is okay to be exclusive, and I use this new-found exclusivity to actively ignore the voices and critiques of white cishet men.
